Key Responsibilities- Determine the total cost of construction projects, taking into account various factors such as materials, labor, and equipment costs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure that project timelines and budgets are met.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of contract management plans to minimize risks and maximize value.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction estimation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Current Drivers Licence and White Card.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in a related field.
- A supportive and close-knit team environment.
