About the Role
This is a patient-facing clinical position where you will work with clients seeking support for chronic disease, injury rehabilitation, and overall functional health. You will be responsible for:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients' physical health, movement capacity, and functional goals
- Developing and implementing evidence-based, personalized exercise programs for chronic conditions, rehabilitation, and general wellbeing
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions and care plans
- Building and sustaining collaborative relationships with referring healthcare providers to strengthen networks and support practice growth
- Coordinating with external providers to ensure seamless client care within established protocols

About You
We're looking for an experienced Exercise Physiologist with:
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Exercise Physiology or Clinical Exercise Science (ESSA accredited)
- Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) registration
- 3–5+ years of clinical experience working with clients in chronic disease management, injury rehabilitation, or functional health programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Advanced expertise in exercise prescription and rehabilitation
