We’ve recently expanded our OT services across both Townsville and Woolgoolga, and we’re on the lookout for the right OT to join our growing team

The Role:

- As an Occupational Therapist with TPM, you’ll work across a varied caseload, supporting NDIS participants and private clients with:

- Functional Capacity Assessments
- Assistive Technology & Home Modification Assessments
- SIL/SDA reports
- Goal Planning and Therapy Interventions
- Community visits and in-clinic appointments
- Collaborative care with our multi-disciplinary team
- Flexibility – full-time or part-time hours available
- Structured mentorship and ongoing professional development
- Supportive and innovative team culture
- Admin support so you can focus on what you do best
- Opportunities to grow your career and work across projects that inspire you

About You:

- AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist (new grads welcome to apply)
- Passionate about helping clients achieve meaningful goals
- Strong communication and report-writing skills
- Open to learning, growing, and being part of a values-driven team
- Must have or be willing to obtain NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check
- Driver’s license required for community visits
