Job Title: Mobile Vehicle Technician
Role OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Mobile Vehicle Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to diagnose and repair vehicle issues efficiently, and provide exceptional service to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend Breakdowns: Respond promptly to breakdown calls, assess the situation, and develop an effective plan to restore the vehicle to working order.
- Diagnose Issues: Use advanced diagnostic tools and techniques to identify problems and advise customers on the necessary repairs.
- Perform Servicing and Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain vehicles to prevent future breakdowns, and perform routine servicing tasks such as oil changes and tire rotations.
Requirements:
- A recognized qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, such as NVQ or City and Guilds level 2.
- A full UK driving licence, allowing for safe and efficient travel to customer locations.
