Key Responsibilities

As a Child Care Educator at Goodstart Early Learning, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing high-quality care and education to young children;
  • Developing and implementing engaging and challenging educational programs;
  • Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues;
  • Maintaining a safe and healthy environment for children and staff;
  • Participating in ongoing professional development and training;

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma or Bachelor degree in Early Childhood Education;
  • Experience working with young children in an early childhood setting;
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities;
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification;
