We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the marketing department, you will be responsible for planning and executing email and SMS campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brief content requirements to the creative team and action revisions as needed in SFMC.
  • Schedule, A/B test and report on email sends in SFMC.
  • Refine email customer journeys through continuous testing and optimization.

Supporting Tasks:

  • Perform other digital marketing & CRM activities as required by the role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in SFMC required.
  • Familiarity with design software preferred.
