\\Role Overview\

We are seeking a skilled Environmental Advisor to join our team in shaping the future of sustainability with innovative solutions and eco-friendly technologies.

  • Support the development and implementation of biodiversity monitoring protocols and procedures.\
  • Provide guidance on fauna management risks and develop strategies for mitigation.\
  • Review and analyze monitoring data, ensuring accurate results are communicated to stakeholders.\
  • Oversee contractors involved in biodiversity monitoring and ensure compliance with commitments.\
  • Maintain high standards of environmental stewardship throughout the mine lifecycle.\\

This role requires collaboration with various internal and external teams, including pre-mining studies, regional environmental teams, and external contractors.

\Your Qualifications\

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • \
  • Bachelor's degree in environmental science, Zoology, Conservation Biology, or a related field; or post-graduate qualifications in Ecology.\
  • Proven experience working on fauna and/or flora-related projects.\
  • Experience in project management, budgeting, and contractor management is highly desirable.\
  • Demonstrated expertise in ensuring safe working practices.\
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and self-management skills.\\
