Role Summary
As a key member of the Scania Australia sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Scania products and services to drive profitable growth. Your primary focus will be on new vehicle sales, but you will also be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers and identifying sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell total transport solutions, including products and services
- Develop and implement sales plans for your portfolio
- Maintain regular contact with customers to identify sales opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers
- Identify new prospects and develop an in-depth understanding of their businesses
- Manage your portfolio through the in-house CRM system
Requirements
- Proven successful account management experience
- Passion for setting and achieving sales KPIs
- Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Prior experience selling trucks or related heavy-duty equipment
- Sound knowledge of the truck/bus industry
