Key Responsibilities- Client Engagement:
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and objectives through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Conduct consultations to gather and document client requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and success criteria.
- Collaborate with clients to define technical requirements and solutions that meet their business needs and drive value.
- Solution Design:
- Design and implement RecordPoint solutions that meet client needs, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.
- Work closely with development teams to enhance or customize RecordPoint solutions, driving innovation and excellence.
- Implementation, Migration, and Integration:
- Lead the design and management of data migration and integration with technical teams and vendors, ensuring seamless transitions.
- Develop migration tools and scripts to ensure efficient and effective data transfer.
- Training and Documentation:
- Provide training and support to clients and team members on using RecordPoint products, ensuring successful adoption and utilization.
- Create user guides and technical documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices.
- 5+ years of experience implementing SharePoint and ECM/EDRMS solutions.
- 3+ years of experience working as a consultant in a client-facing environment.
- Experience in Azure, Office 365 Admin, Azure Active Directory, and cloud solution design and deployment.
- Strong understanding of security principles and controls in cloud environments.
- Experience in migration clients from on-premise services to modern cloud solutions.
