Job Opportunity

A Structural Engineer with expertise in scaffold design, analysis, and compliance is required to join our team.

The successful candidate will be integral to delivering innovative, safe, and compliant scaffolding solutions for industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, analyze, and certify scaffolding structures to meet project requirements and industry standards.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant Australian Standards (including AS4576) and WHS regulations.
  • Provide engineering sign-off for working loads, structural integrity, and stability of scaffold systems.
  • Work closely with drafting, estimating, and project teams to develop safe and efficient scaffold solutions.
  • Conduct structural computations and prepare technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with clients, project managers, and site teams to resolve technical challenges.
  • Review and approve drawings, ensuring accuracy and adherence to design intent.
Required Qualifications:
  • A minimum of Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • Capacity to appear on the National Engineers Register.
  • Demonstrated experience in scaffold engineering design and analysis.
  • Proficiency in engineering software and CAD tools (AutoCAD, Navisworks, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of Australian Standards, codes, and safety requirements for scaffolding.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
