At W Hotels, we're looking for a talented Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at BTWN, our signature restaurant located in the heart of Sydney's Darling Harbour. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, working closely with the Director of Beverage & Food to achieve exceptional service standards.

Responsibilities include:

  • Communicating effectively with the culinary and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service;
  • Ensuring compliance with all restaurant policies, standards, and procedures;
  • Monitoring alcohol beverage service in compliance with local laws;
  • Striving to improve service performance and setting a positive example for guest relations;
  • Assisting talent on the floor during meal periods and high-demand times;
  • Completing opening and closing duties, including setup and cleaning of equipment;
  • Monitoring employees to ensure performance expectations are met;
  • Providing feedback to talent based on observation of service behaviors;
  • Supervising the restaurant and all related areas in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.
