Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and resolve participant matters in accordance with relevant guidelines.
  2. Provide support to participants at self-help kiosks and online portals.
  3. Respond to customer inquiries and offer information and referrals to government and community services.
  4. Manage the team's shared email inbox and telephone inquiries.
  5. Coordinate participant appointments and ensure accessibility of facilities.
  6. Conduct research and prepare reports.
  7. Perform data entry tasks and ensure timely follow-ups.

Requirements:

  1. Experience in customer service, administration, or community services.
  2. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  3. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  4. High attention to detail and proficiency in administrative tasks.
