Senior Painting Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced painter to join our team. As a full-time professional, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paints and finishes, and ensuring that all work meets the highest standards of quality.
Main Responsibilities:- Prepare interior and exterior surfaces by removing old paint, filling cracks and holes, sanding, cleaning, and sealing.
- Apply paints, primers, sealers, and finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray guns to achieve desired colour, texture, and protection.
- Use weather-resistant and heavy-duty coatings for outdoor or high-traffic surfaces.
- Mix and match paint colours and finishes to meet client specifications and maintain consistency across large-scale surfaces.
- Operate and maintain tools and equipment like spray guns, scaffolding, and pressure washers.
- Work closely with supervisors, project managers, and other tradespeople to meet deadlines and deliver quality results on time.
- Conduct regular inspections throughout and after completion of work to ensure painted surfaces meet professional and client standards.
- FOLLOW ALL OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY (OHS) GUIDELINES.
- Cert III in painting and decorating.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience.
- High attention to detail.
