Job Description

**Job Title:** Repair Centre Manager

**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced and motivated Repair Centre Manager to join our team at AMA GROUP AUSTRALIA. As a Repair Centre Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our repair centre, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our team is motivated and productive.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Production Management:** Oversee the production management of the workshop to ensure targets are achieved and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition in accordance with AMA and Work Provider quality expectations.
  • **Quality, Quotes, Parts and Vehicle Management:** Ensure comprehensive and accurate quotes, QA inspections and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.
  • **Customer Service and Stakeholder Management:** Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and work providers through prompt, professional and friendly interactions.
  • **Profit and Loss, Reporting and Administration:** Ensure the site is operating profitability. Prepare and review P&Ls, Budgets, Job costings, KPIs, Management Reports by utilising the tools provided to understand site performance.
  • **Leadership and People Management:** Oversee staffing on site and ensure staffing levels and processes are in place. Proactively build and maintain positive work provider relationships.
  • **Work Health and Safety (WHS):** Ensure that the site remains safe by maintaining the WHS management system, all WHS policies and procedures are followed and safety incidences/near misses are immediately reported and actioned.

**Requirements:**

  • **Trade Qualified Panel Beater or Spray Painter or similar role within Automotive
  • **Highly motivated and driven to exceed targets.
  • **Proven leadership and people management skills
  • **Appropriate Australian work rights
