AstraZeneca is seeking a talented Clinical Research Manager to join our Oncology team. As a key member of our dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for effective study management across high-profile studies.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $120,000 per annum, plus superannuation and other benefits. This role provides an opportunity to grow and develop your career in a leading pharmaceutical company.

The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge of Clinical Study Management and experience working in a similar capacity. They will also possess strong project management skills, good medical knowledge of the AZ Oncology Therapeutic Area, and a Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent qualification.

The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and integrity and high ethical standards. A good understanding of international guidelines ICH-GCP and relevant local regulations is also essential.
