About the Position

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Culinary Leader to join our team. As our Culinary Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations and creating exceptional dining experiences.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day kitchen activities, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
  • Develop and implement innovative menu items that showcase your culinary expertise.
  • Lead and train kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Maintain compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Collaborate with management to identify and implement cost-saving measures.
  • Contribute to menu planning and costing to optimise profitability.
  • Ensure a clean and organised kitchen, adhering to strict health and safety protocols.

Requirements

  • Degree or above in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Culinary Leader in a reputable hospitality establishment.
  • Strong knowledge of various culinary techniques and a passion for creating delicious, visually appealing dishes.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to lead and motivate a team of kitchen staff.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with management, staff, and customers.
  • A creative mindset and the ability to develop innovative menu items.
