About the Role
  • This role requires monitoring the hotel's roof top pool areas to ensure a safe environment for guests.
  • You will enforce all safety rules and regulations.
  • Responsibilities include responding to emergencies, administering first aid and CPR if necessary.
  • Also, you will assist with water rescues and perform lifesaving techniques when required.
  • Maintaining the roof top pool cleanliness and ensuring equipment is in good condition is crucial.
  • Providing excellent customer service skills is required as you will answer questions and provide guidance to guests.
  • Regular training sessions to maintain lifeguard certifications are mandatory.
Key Qualifications
  • A Current Lifeguard Certification (including CPR and First Aid) or ability to obtain certification before employment is a must.
  • You must have strong swimming skills and physical fitness.
  • Ability to stay alert and react quickly in emergency situations is essential.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills are a must.
  • Working in a team and adapting to changing environments is required.
  • Previous lifeguard experience is a plus but not necessary.
