Key Responsibilities:
  • Cater to guests with exceptional service, preparing and serving coffee, beverages, and basic food preparation
  • Work collaboratively with Catering Assistants, sharing duties such as clearing tables, serving drinks, washing dishes, and assisting in the kitchen
  • Provide guidance and leadership to the team throughout their shift, fostering a positive and productive work environment
  • Support the Lounge Manager with day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless delivery of services
  • Maintain focus on delivering an outstanding guest experience at all times, prioritizing excellence and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and mentor the food & beverage team, promoting growth and development opportunities
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Hold a current RSA certification
  • Be willing to obtain Responsible Management of Licensed Venues (RMLV)/Approved Manager certification
  • Bring relevant experience in Food & Beverage
  • Have reliable transport preferred for efficient travel to work
  • Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and commitment to high standards
  • Be punctual, reliable, and trustworthy, with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Embody a safety mindset and maintain a well-groomed, professional appearance
  • Possess strong communication skills, high energy, and a goal-oriented focus
