Early Childhood Educator Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team in Richmond, VIC.

This role is part of a research initiative replicating the Early Years Education Program. The service works with children aged 5 hours per day, Monday to Friday. As an educator, you will be working closely with a multidisciplinary leadership team to ensure fidelity of the model.

The service operates with lower child-to-staff ratios, providing educators and teachers with ample opportunities for professional growth and development. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to research that could shape the future of the early childhood sector in Australia.

Your Skills And Experience
  • a minimum one-year experience in the delivery of high-quality education and care programs to children and their families
  • hold a Diploma in Early Childhood
  • a strong commitment to quality care and learning
  • a natural ability to connect with children, families and colleagues

In order to succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with your team members.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality education and care programs, as well as a strong understanding of the importance of play-based learning in the early years.
