About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced customer support professional to join our team. As an Upside Guide, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, helping them to build a better relationship with their money.

Job Description:

  • You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues they may have.
  • You will work closely with our Customer Experience and Engineering teams to identify and manage customer complaints, and to improve the way we work.
  • You will collaborate with your peers to deal with a variety of tasks, including answering customer questions, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complex problems.
