We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team in Dalby, Queensland. As part of our Brighter Futures New Graduate Program, you will benefit from structured support and development opportunities designed specifically for early-career clinicians.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver therapy and supports for children using a holistic approach to their growth, development and overall wellbeing.
  • Foster strong relationships with children, families and multidisciplinary teams to achieve meaningful outcomes.
  • Develop and implement tailored clinical learning plans to support your professional growth and development.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy.
  • AHPRA registration (or eligibility).
  • Possession of a current C Class driver's licence.
  • Blue Card (Paid) and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain.
  • Proof of Hepatitis B Vaccination.
What We Offer:
  • $90,930 base salary + superannuation + NFP salary packaging benefits.
  • Additional annual Professional Development budget, paid PD leave, and paid PD travel leave.
  • 3 days additional paid leave over Christmas period.

Dalby is a vibrant regional town located on the rich soils of the Western Downs, just 2.5 hours west of Brisbane and a little over an hour from Toowoomba.
