**Job Overview**

As a senior professional, you will lead a team responsible for reviewing and validating credit risk models and calculations. This is a key role in our Risk Management Group, which works independently to review and challenge material risks.

About the Role

This position involves partnering with stakeholders across the organisation to influence favourable outcomes through effective communication and negotiation. You will work closely with teams responsible for model ownership, credit risk and prudential risk.

Key responsibilities include leading a team, providing guidance and direction on performing risk-based model validations, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve business objectives.
