Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in driving business outcomes that connect retailers with customers, deliver engaging events, and bring the shopping experience to life across a portfolio of retail centres. As a hybrid role with 2–3 days onsite, you will enjoy flexible working and career development support from a national team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled marketer to develop and execute annual marketing strategies for Lakelands and a group of neighbourhood shopping centres. You will manage end-to-end campaigns, advertising, promotions, and in-centre events to drive strong campaign outcomes.

You will be responsible for overseeing digital content, social media strategies, and community engagement plans to enhance customer engagement and loyalty. Collaborating with retailers, agencies, and suppliers is also essential to delivering successful marketing results.

A key aspect of this role is monitoring, analysing, and reporting on marketing performance across all centres. This requires strong analytical skills and the ability to provide insightful recommendations to stakeholders.

In addition to your technical skills, you will need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage budgets, timelines, and performance tracking are also essential.

About You
  • Proven experience in a marketing role, ideally within a retail property environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholder relationships simultaneously.
  • Creative and community-minded, with an eye for engaging content and local impact.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
