Leading Mental Health Care Improvement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Consultant to lead clinical practice improvement initiatives and elevate care in our Mental Health Service.
This role is ideal for experienced Mental Health Nurses who are passionate about improving clinical practices and are ready to make a meaningful impact.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the ongoing evaluation and improvement of clinical practices through evidence-based educational and professional development programs.
Key responsibilities include developing and evaluating quality improvement processes, collaborating with staff to implement evidence-based practices, and enhancing optimal patient health outcomes.
In addition, the Clinical Nurse Consultant will play an integral role in periodic Accreditation processes and procedures.
Requirements- Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
- Minimum five years post-graduate experience in the specialty field
- Approved post-graduate qualification or working towards Masters level qualification
