Job Overview

The ideal candidate will lead all Sydney gaming campaigns, promotions and strategic initiatives to drive gaming visitation, revenue and return on marketing investment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the key property lead for all gaming marketing activities and planning.
  • Manage and support a team of marketing executives.
  • Oversee the overall return on marketing investment, activity planning and key stakeholder engagement.
  • Develop targeted offers for relevant customer segments and monitor their success at program, customer, and campaign levels.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in marketing, advertising or brand development, as well as people management.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in the gaming/hospitality industry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
  • Strong communication skills to confidently liaise with and manage expectations and demands of stakeholders.
  • A tertiary degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.

As a seasoned marketer, you will have a proven track record of driving business results through effective marketing strategies and tactics. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing plan that drives gaming visitation, revenue and return on marketing investment for our guests.

In this role, you will lead a team of marketing professionals and be responsible for overseeing the overall return on marketing investment, activity planning and key stakeholder engagement. You will also be responsible for developing targeted offers for relevant customer segments and monitoring their success at program, customer, and campaign levels.
