Imagine being part of a dynamic team that creates innovative campaigns for the world's best brand.

We are seeking an Account Executive to join our Sydney office and be the primary point of contact for the Singapore Hub with regard to client activities in Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Work with the Senior Account Manager and local Strategist to represent the AUNZ point of view throughout creative development and localization of global campaigns.
  2. Help ensure flawless campaign rollouts by supporting the SG Hub and production team, as well as local OMD team, in delivery and implementation.
  3. Be the Daily Responsible Individual for Weekly Work-in-Progress meetings with Local Geo and OMD, ensuring WIP documents are up to date, meetings are scheduled, and Contact Reports are distributed in a timely manner.
  4. Build strong relationships with the AUNZ Ad Manager and develop a full understanding of the client's business, market interests, and objectives.
  5. Represent and advocate the local markets' point of view - both internally and within the regional/global network.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years ad agency experience in account or project management
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Team player who enjoys working in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment
  • Passionate about accuracy and timelines in execution of assigned tasks
  • Great problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask, working on several projects at once
  • Culturally aware and passionate about all things tech and humanity
