We are seeking a highly motivated Full-time Cafe Manager to lead our team. If you are energetic, a great communicator, and have a can-do attitude, we encourage you to apply.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Prior hospitality experience is essential for success in this role.
  • At least 2 years of barista experience is required for leading the team.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a smile and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills are crucial for effective teamwork and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ordering and managing stock to maintain high standards of quality.
  • Training, educating, and mentoring staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety within the workplace.
  • Creating and managing rosters to ensure seamless operations.
  • Ensuring smooth communication between front-of-house and kitchen teams.
  • Providing top-notch customer service to exceed customer expectations.
  • Working on the register and making coffee to meet customer needs.
  • Maintaining clean and tidy areas throughout the workplace.

Negotiables:

  • Flexible scheduling (Monday to Friday, public holidays, and weekend availability) to accommodate your lifestyle.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of management experience to lead our team effectively.
  • 1+ year of barista experience to manage the team efficiently.
  • 4+ years of hospitality experience to excel in this role.
