Job Overview:

Strategic Policy and Cabinet Manager

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Policy and Cabinet Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership group, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on strategic policy matters and Ministerial, Cabinet, and Parliamentary processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality strategic advice to senior stakeholders, including the Chief Executive, on complex policy issues and opportunities to maximize impact on departmental and government policies.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement policy initiatives and solutions.
  • Lead the provision of briefing materials and advice to support decision-making by senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to negotiate and promote key policy objectives.
  • Manage and execute strategic and operational functions of Cabinet business and associated committees.
