Senior Psychologist Position Overview

This is a senior-level role within the organization that involves leading and mentoring staff, developing internal tools and resources, and championing evidence-based practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical leadership to Behaviour Support Practitioners, Mental Health Clinicians, and Provisionally Registered Psychologists.
  • Deliver supervision as a Board Approved Psychology Supervisor.
  • Lead the development of internal tools, training, and resources to strengthen service delivery.
  • Champion evidence-based practice and quality outcomes for people with complex needs.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to influence practice and strategy.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have completed your Bachelor's in psychology and be registered with the appropriate registration authority or association within Australia. You will also need an APAC-accredited 4-year Psychology qualification/AHPRA Registration (General), current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, and Working with Children Check.
