Effective project planning is crucial to the success of complex construction projects.

About the Role:
  • The Senior Planner will provide expert-level commercial, planning, and claims advice across the built environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Providing live and upfront planning support for major contractors
  2. Working closely with directors and clients on claims, commercial advice, and dispute resolution
  3. Supporting expert witness commissions and compiling detailed, high-quality reports
  4. Mentoring junior staff
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in construction planning, preferably with forensic exposure
  • Confident with project controls, delay analysis, and Primavera P6
  • A background in engineering or construction, and strong commercial awareness
  • Sharp communication skills – written and verbal – and a desire to work in a tight-knit, high-performing team
