Job Title: Support Worker

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate support worker to join our team in providing care and support services to clients in their own homes.

The ideal candidate will have a caring and empathetic nature, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. You will be responsible for assisting clients with daily living activities, including personal care, domestic assistance and meal preparation.

You will also be required to transport clients to appointments, shopping or other social activities, as well as provide medication prompts and develop plans to improve the lives of our clients.

Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for those we serve by providing personalized care and support, promoting independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Personal Care: Assist clients with showering, grooming and dressing.
  • Domestic Assistance: Provide vacuuming, mopping, laundry, cleaning bathrooms and light gardening.
  • Meal Preparation: Prepare nutritious meals for clients.
  • Transportation: Transport clients to appointments, shopping or other social activities.
  • Medication Prompts: Remind clients to take their medication at the correct times.
  • Client Development: Develop plans to improve the lives of our clients.
  • Emergency Response: Respond to emergency situations.

  • Driver's license and reliable car with comprehensive insurance.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
