Chief Renewable Energy Officer

Newvolt Energy Pty Ltd, a subsidiary enterprise of Montnets Capital, is seeking an experienced professional to lead our renewable energy initiatives. We are focused on delivering sustainable solutions for residential and commercial/industrial applications in Australia.
This role requires outstanding management capabilities, strong industry knowledge, and the ability to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Board of Directors to develop and implement annual business strategies and targets.
- Regularly report on company performance, including sales revenue, profits, cash flow, and key operational issues.
- Develop and refine company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Establish departmental goals and objectives aligned with company targets and conduct regular performance evaluations.
- Lead market research and trend analysis to inform sales and marketing strategies.
- Provide strategic direction and guidance to all departments to maximize profitability and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with department managers on operational decisions, procurement, financial matters, sales, and human resources.
- Oversee the application process for relevant certifications and memberships.
- Establish and maintain sales and aftersales facilities, including factories/workshops, branch offices, call centers, and overseas representative offices.
- Negotiate with manufacturers and suppliers to secure high-quality and competitive sourcing resources.
- Evaluate and establish local manufacturing bases in Australia.
- Ensure exceptional customer service through effective aftersales support and continuous improvement of work procedures.
- Maintain complete project documentation archives for clients, stored securely in both physical and digital formats.
- Monitor changing situations and respond accordingly to operational events.
- Represent the company at official events, such as negotiations, conventions, seminars, public hearings, and forums.
- Prepare and present reports, budgets, and forecasts to the Board of Directors and other stakeholders.
