Scope of the Role

As our new Visual Director, you will play a key leadership role responsible for guiding the creative design process within our business. This position requires a highly skilled and strategic thinker with exceptional design expertise, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of design principles. Together with our Product and Marketing teams, you will drive the development of innovative concepts and ensure that design projects align with our branding, goals, and objectives.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Creative Director or Head of Design in studios where you have been responsible for concepts and designing the look and feel for website and mobile themed environments, and some print.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color, etc.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of emerging design trends and technologies.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
