About the Role

We are seeking two part-time Sales Assistants for approximately 20 hours per week to join our Dulux Trade Centre in Parramatta, NSW store. If you are passionate about providing excellent customer service and have a strong work ethic, this role is for you.

Responsibilities
  • Develop strong working relationships with depot/agencies
  • Ensure high levels of customer service are maintained
  • Cash handling / EFTPOS
  • Accurately mix and tint paint
  • Assist in maintaining stock levels in store
  • Comply with safety standards

Requirements
  • Confident with people, great communication skills and able to build strong relationships with peers, customers and clients
  • Ability to demonstrate a level of physical ability to work with our paint and other heavy products in store at times
  • Retail Trade Sales experience would be preferred, but we are willing to provide on the job training on paint products, application and hardware
  • Interest in our products and ability to communicate clearly with customers
  • Enjoy building relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to lift heavy products
