**Construction Site Leader Wanted**

We are seeking a seasoned Construction Site Leader to oversee the successful delivery of construction projects.

As a key team member, you will be responsible for managing all on-site operations and ensuring timely and cost-effective completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to meet project objectives
  • Coordinate and supervise all on-site construction activities, including labour, equipment, and materials
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental policies
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks
  • Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Mentor and lead a team of construction workers and subcontractors
  • Prepare and submit progress reports, change orders, and other project documentation

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Site Leader or similar construction supervisory role
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment
  • Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications
  • Knowledge of relevant building codes, safety regulations, and environmental policies
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in the use of construction management software and technologies
