Job Title: Senior Integration Manager

Lead a team of consultants in delivering Workday solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight responsibility for projects across the practice.
  • Oversee and assist Engagement Managers and team members when needed to identify project needs, reduce risk and develop strategies.

Sales Support: Support the pursuit process for consulting work.

Team Leadership: Assist in the recruitment, development, and management of a diverse remote team of consultants supporting Workday applications.

Promote a challenging and innovative work environment.

Methodology: Drive team and individuals to achieve high customer satisfaction levels.

Establish immediate credibility with clients and within the organization.

Build trust-based relationships and identify business development opportunities.

People Development: Perform role of mentor and coach.

Analyze team skills and provide cross training to maintain teams ability to staff projects appropriately.

Advise management on team members level of expertise and availability.

Performance Management: Establish direct reports goals and objectives during bi-annual review process.

Direct collection of performance feedback from customers and engagement managers.

Collect internal contributions for team members ensuring data is received by HR quarterly.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Possess 3-7 years of Workday or other ERP consulting implementation experience.
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent.
  • Proven experience leading virtual teams for 3+ years.
  • Required characteristics fast learner detail oriented decisive enjoy fast paced environments.
  • Must work well within and across teams to accomplish tasks.
  • Possess sales engagement experience estimating and presenting to prospects.
