Our team of technical integration consultants is dedicated to creating seamless connections between client backends and Interlok solutions. We pride ourselves on our collaborative spirit, where every idea is valued, and together, we strive to deliver the best outcomes for our clients. Your contribution will be pivotal in helping us achieve unparalleled integration services, making us the go-to experts in the industry.

In the role of Integration Consultant, you will join a small, dynamic team of technical professionals working with various ERPs (e.g., Dynamics, Xero) and middleware technology. You will be responsible for delivering allocated integration projects, managing multiple clients and deliverables simultaneously, and supporting best client outcomes through collaboration and leveraging team strengths. The role involves communication, project management, business analysis, research & development, problem-solving, and technical expertise.

What you'll do

• Consult directly with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored integration solutions.
• Engage in hands-on coding, configuration, documentation, and deployment activities.
• Manage multiple integration projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
• Peer review complex code and design, ensuring standards are met.
• Scope and estimate new technical work in collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Design and prepare solutions for complex change requests and proposals.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for customers on various products and solutions.
• Review integration project documentation and provide recommendations as a subject matter expert.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of technical work on integration projects, facilitating project management, communication, and task coordination.
• Implement client technical requirements within our integration process and delivery methodology framework.
• Provide third-level support and manage end-to-end delivery of integration projects.
• Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices in integration and coding.

What you bring

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in IT.
• Understanding of a programming language and its constructs.
• Understanding of XML and related technologies.
• Basic knowledge of networks.
• Experience in documentation and report writing.
• Experience with Linux or UNIX-based platforms.
• Interest in new technologies and technical developments.
• Desire to grow within the IT industry.
• Client-facing experience with data integration projects.
• Experience with enterprise integration tools and standards like XML, HTTP/HTTPS, sFTP, API, Web Services, SOAP, and XSLT.
• Experience following Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and technical business analysis.

Great-to-haves

• Knowledge of Proagrica products and services.
• Additional certifications in technical integration or project management.
• Pre-sales experience in a commercial context.
