Senior Logistics Leader

The role requires a seasoned executive to lead the distribution operations in Australia and New Zealand (ANZ), overseeing strategy, day-to-day activities, and leading a high-performing team. Collaboration with customer excellence teams is crucial for overall satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Supply Chain/Logistics qualification or equivalent experience
  • Trade compliance and regulation expertise essential
  • Experience in chemical materials distribution an asset but not mandatory
  • Strong leadership skills, including sound judgement and decision-making
  • Skills and experience in 3PL Warehouses management
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations, resolving customer inquiries and complaints efficiently
  • Exceptional time management and planning skills to meet deadlines
  • An eye for process improvement and a commitment to team development
