About This Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive the growth and success of our sales operations in Victoria and Tasmania. As State Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Regional Business Managers to deliver outstanding commercial results and exceed targets.

The ideal candidate will have advanced leadership skills, a proven track record in sales and commercial acumen, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Lead and mentor a team of Regional Business Managers to achieve commercial goals and drive change
  • Implement effective sales plans to drive revenue growth and sales performance
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales performance through effective implementation of sales plans
  • Deliver in-clinic efficiencies through prioritization, leadership, and corrective action
  • Manage people to achieve alignment, clarity, recognition, and performance
  • Integrate Retail Customer Journey and Value Proposition into the area
Requirements
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Demonstrated sales leadership experience
  • A proven track record in commercial acumen
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication and influential skills
  • Australian Driver License
  • Hearing Industry or relatable field experience desirable
