At Sydney Trains, we're seeking a Customer Service Attendant to join our team.

As a key member of our operational service delivery team, you'll have the opportunity to foster satisfaction and service experiences that transform lives of our community.

This role involves working with a passionate group dedicated to delivering excellent customer service while prioritising safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist passengers who need extra help during their journey or provide a friendly smile to brighten their day
  • Gain valuable experience through tasks such as flagging trains, using high-tech mobile apps, connecting with train crew and keeping the station in tip-top shape
Requirements:

You will be someone with a positive and reliable attitude, formed across various customer-facing roles. You must be self-driven and able to work autonomously with initiative.

Your strong work ethic and dedication to providing exceptional customer service will undoubtedly shine in this role.

Availability and willingness to work rotating shifts including shift work, late nights, early mornings, weekends and public holidays are essential.

Benefits:

Permanent part-time positions require a minimum of 40 hours per fortnight, while permanent full-time positions require 76 hours per fortnight.

Our full-time pay rate for this position is $1,342.80 per week, pro-rata, including Industry Allowance.

Part-time employees receive superannuation and Annual Leave Loading benefits.
