Pool Sales Associate

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Pool Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our loyal customer base.

Prior experience in retail sales or a related field would be an advantage, but we are willing to train the right candidate. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and has a strong work ethic.

  • Assist customers with their pool-related inquiries and provide expert advice on pool maintenance and equipment selection.
  • Complete water tests on pool and spa samples and provide customers with personalized recommendations.
  • Operational procedures including customer sales and purchase orders.

This is a casual retail position that requires a friendly and approachable demeanor. You will need to be able to multi-task while prioritizing tasks by order of importance.
