O'Brien Glass Industries Limited is offering an exciting opportunity for individuals to embark on a career path as an Apprentice Windscreen Fitter at our Wagga Wagga Service Centre.

This role offers the chance to develop skills and expertise in the auto glass industry, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. As an Apprentice Windscreen Fitter, you will work closely with our team to gain hands-on experience and complete a full qualification within 2-3 years.

About the Role:

We are seeking candidates who possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges. This apprenticeship program includes on-the-job training, where you will be supported by our experienced team members and management.

You will have the opportunity to complete the O'Brien Cert III in Automotive Glazing through our O'Brien Auto Technician Skills Development Program. This comprehensive program is designed to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in your role as a Windscreen Fitter.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Undergo the O'Brien Cert III in Automotive Glazing program
  • Participate in the O'Brien Auto Technician Skills Development Program
  • Leverage advanced technologies to repair and replace glass on various motor vehicles to Australian standards
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences and services in a professional and timely manner
