Role Summary\

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Customer Service Officer in a team environment.

\Key Responsibilities\

  • Greet clients and respond to counter and telephone enquiries.\
  • Perform administrative tasks including managing appointments, processing claims and payments, data entry for stock management, and preparing reports for compliance.\
  • Liaise with clients from diverse backgrounds, including children and adults.\
  • Assist with minor hearing aid repairs and troubleshooting.\
  • Support the clinical team by identifying client needs and demonstrating hearing aid use.\
  • Provide exceptional customer service and contribute to a positive client experience.\\
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across multiple locations.\\
  • Use technology to stay connected and support virtual teams.\\
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.\\
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and learning.\\
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.\\
  • Adhere to organisational policies and procedures.\\
  • Meet performance expectations and achieve goals.\\
  • Other duties as required.\\
Requirements\
  • \
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to take ownership of work.\
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.\
  • Intermediate/advanced computer literacy and experience with MS Outlook, MS Teams, browser-based apps, mobile tech (iOS/Android), and CRM systems.\\
  • Desire to work in an organisation that contributes to the greater good and positively impacts clients and families.\\
  • Willingness to undergo a Police Check.\\
  • Current driver's licence and right to work in Australia.\\
