Dynamic Retail Leadership Role

We are seeking a passionate and driven Assistant Store Manager to join our team in a flexible roster including weekends.

  • Lead and coach a team of passionate retail professionals to achieve sales performance and customer service excellence
  • Drive sales growth through effective merchandising and inventory management

  • Partner with the Store Manager to foster a collaborative and supportive team culture
  • Provide coaching and guidance to the retail sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Support with day-to-day store operations, including rostering, financial performance, and administrative tasks
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 2-3+ years experience in retail sales with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong commercial acumen and a results-driven mindset
  • Ability to coach, guide, and motivate teams to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Resourceful and able to solve problems and provide solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A genuine interest in home-styling and creating welcoming living spaces is a plus
