Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our water infrastructure team in Melbourne. As a Principal Water Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for managing project delivery from concept development through design and construction, overseeing commercial aspects, and providing technical guidance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply your water infrastructure expertise to drive meaningful local and national projects forward.
  • Lead cross-functional teams from project initiation through execution, ensuring timely, quality, and compliant outcomes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex projects, leveraging your technical knowledge and leadership skills.
  • Mentor junior staff and develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders across various sectors.
Requirements:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and professional registration (e.g., RPEQ or CPEng).
  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects, meeting delivery requirements, and driving business growth in the water infrastructure industry.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels.
