About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Systems Administrator to join our Experis team in a global IT environment.

Job Overview:

This role involves providing expert support across Azure, Entra ID, M365 services, and on-prem applications, with a focus on implementing and maintaining Microsoft 365 products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Expertise: Provide expert technical support for Azure, Entra ID, M365 services, and on-prem applications, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
  • System Maintenance: Maintain and support Azure / Entra ID / M365 services and on-prem systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively.
  • Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor and report on the health of Azure environments and M365 services, identifying potential issues and areas for improvement.
  • Documentation & Procedures: Develop and implement policies, procedures, and documentation to support cloud and on-premises environments, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Customer Support: Provide high-quality technical support to end users, ensuring timely resolution of issues and excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement in systems and processes, suggesting innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Disaster Recovery: Lead the update and maintenance of disaster recovery documentation, ensuring it remains up-to-date and effective.
  • Authentication Configuration: Experience with Entra ID Modern Authentication configuration and management is highly desirable.

Essential Criteria:

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following criteria:

  1. Demonstrated Experience: Proven experience and technical capabilities in three or more of the following areas: Exchange Online (Hybrid), Cisco IronPort, PowerShell Scripting, Entra ID (Azure AD, MFA, Conditional Access Policies), Active Directory, Dynamics 365 / Power Platform, and On-premises to Cloud migrations.
  2. Adaptability: Ability to learn quickly and stay ahead of rapid changes in the IT industry.
  3. Attention to Detail: Strong focus on delivering quality technical solutions with meticulous attention to detail.
  4. Technical Documentation: Experience in producing clear and comprehensive technical documentation.
  5. Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing environments, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Estimated Salary: AU$90,000 - AU$120,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Location: Brisbane, Queensland.
