About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Enterprise Systems Administrator to join our team. As an End User Services Administrator, you'll perform a range of functions including installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems and operating systems and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain computer systems and operating systems and services.
  • Troubleshoot and fault remediate activities.
  • Create and maintain various AD Account types.
  • Create, update, and amend process documentation, knowledge base articles, and Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Interact with users and key business stakeholders providing subject matter expertise.
  • Provide deskside user support for various applications and Citrix based environments.
  • Install and configure standard company software packages and applications using customised in-house toolsets.
  • Assist users with data backup and recovery.
  • Assist users with print and LRS related issues.
  • Deploy solutions as part of a project or initiative according to organisation standards.

Requirements

We're looking for someone with a high level of skill with Microsoft technologies (Windows 10, Office, Teams), desktop and laptop hardware (HP, Dell), Cisco Phones, Mobility (iOS). Highly desirable skills in Windows Server, Exchange, O365, Networking, LRS, Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy.
