Job Title: Tailings Infrastructure Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading risk identification, mitigation, and reporting for tailings infrastructure.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks and internal safety standards.
  • Coordinating cross-functional teams on tailings design, construction, and maintenance.
  • Overseeing water management and surveillance to uphold operational standards.

For this role, we are looking for an individual with extensive experience in designing, constructing, operating, and monitoring TSF and water dams. Strong technical leadership skills, independent judgment, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders are essential.

Education:

  • An engineering degree qualification in a relevant discipline such as Civil, Geotechnical or Soil Mechanics is required.
