Cloud Planning Consultant Position

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Planning Consultant to lead our flagship Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS/EPBCS) implementations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering business-critical planning solutions with finance teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end PBCS/EPBCS implementations from requirements gathering to build, integration, testing, and post-go-live support.
  • Develop driver-based planning, workforce and CapEx planning, management reporting, and forecast cycles.
  • Implement automations using Smart View, Data Management, Groovy rules, and EPM Automate; design forms, dashboards, and business rules for dynamic planning processes.
  • Manage client relationships, expectations, design workshops, training, and quarterly patch updates.
  • Coordinate multiple planning workstreams in a dynamic cloud environment, ensuring timely delivery.
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum two full project cycles of functional experience with Oracle Planning Cloud.
  • Hands-on design of model elements: calculations, allocation logic, Smart View, Data Management, forms, dashboards, and reports.
  • Able to connect planning solutions to source ERP data and other EPM modules.
  • Strong communication skills to build trust with finance stakeholders and facilitate workshops with clear documentation.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple planning workstreams.
