Market Graduate Role

Are you a motivated and ambitious law graduate seeking a challenging opportunity to launch your career in commercial law? We are currently seeking an exceptional individual to join our Property & Development team as a Market Graduate.

This role offers the ideal platform for a law graduate to gain hands-on experience, develop their skills and build a strong foundation in commercial law. As a Market Graduate, you will work closely with our experienced lawyers and partners, participating in a wide range of matters and projects that will equip you with the knowledge and expertise required to succeed in this field.

The Property & Development practice is led by a team of highly respected partners who have gained a reputation for delivering outstanding results for our clients. Our approach is unique, and we take pride in providing our graduates with a comprehensive training program that combines theoretical knowledge with practical experience.

As a Market Graduate, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects, including property transactions, development agreements, and litigation matters. You will also receive regular feedback and coaching from your supervising partner, ensuring that you are well-equipped to tackle complex legal challenges.

To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a keen analytical mind, and a passion for commercial law. You must also have a genuine interest in property law and be able to communicate effectively both in writing and orally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in a wide range of matters and projects, developing your skills and knowledge in commercial law.
  • Work closely with experienced lawyers and partners, receiving regular feedback and coaching.
  • Develop a strong understanding of property law and its applications in commercial contexts.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, both in writing and orally.
Requirements:
  • Completed law degree and achieved excellent academic results.
  • Achieved strong results in property law with a genuine passion for this subject matter.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in writing and orally.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Good judgment and common sense.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
